Cloud engineering, Linux, AWS, DevOps, and real project notes.

About Me

Hi, I’m Abdulkabir (Kaybee), a technology professional based in Sweden with a passion forCloud Computing, DevOps, Embedded Systems, and IoT.

My career has been built around technology and solving problems for people. I started in IT Support, helping users troubleshoot technical issues and maintain reliable IT services. I later joined Booking.com, where I worked as aCustomer Support Specialist before transitioning into aDevelopment Support Specialist. In these roles, I collaborated closely with customers, developers, and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues, improve user experiences, and support software products used by millions of people worldwide.

Today, I work as a Customer Operations Professional at IAR, a global leader in embedded development software. Although my current role is not an engineering position, working in an environment focused on embedded technologies has strengthened my interest in how software, hardware, and cloud platforms work together to build reliable and intelligent systems.

Alongside my professional career, I’m actively transitioning into Cloud and DevOps Engineering through continuous learning and hands-on projects. I’m currently studying Cloud Engineering, preparing for the Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator (LFCS) certification, and building real-world projects using modern cloud technologies.

What I’m Building

My interests extend beyond traditional cloud infrastructure. I’m passionate about connecting embedded devices to cloud platforms, automating deployments, and developing intelligent IoT solutions capable of solving real-world problems.

One of my long-term goals is to build cloud-connected products that combine embedded systems, edge computing, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve industries such as agriculture, manufacturing, and industrial automation.

Technologies I’m Learning

Why This Blog Exists

This blog is my personal knowledge base and portfolio. I use it to document everything I learn, build, and discover—from Linux commands and cloud infrastructure to DevOps automation, embedded systems, and IoT projects.

Rather than only sharing finished projects, I also write about the challenges, mistakes, and lessons learned throughout my journey. I believe the best way to learn technology is by building in public and sharing knowledge with others.

“Technology is most impactful when software, hardware, and people work together to solve meaningful problems.”

Thank you for visiting my blog. Whether you’re here to learn something new, follow my journey, or connect professionally, I hope you find something valuable.
